WordPress Customization for A Health Care and Fitness Portal

The project requires deploying a customized WordPress theme for an online magazine for health care and fitness in the USA.

Situation
The client already had a portal based on WordPress with a custom theme and a few readily downloadable plugin. The client wanted to have greater customization and functionality with better speed of page download.

Solutions
We upgraded the portal with newer version of WordPress and plugins. We have customized a few plugins and have used different action hooks and filter hooks. We have also used different template functions to achieve desired functionalities.
We also monetized the portal with integration of Google Adsense and another 3rd party Ad display.

Results
The client is now able to use the website for online publishing successfully.
